Senior MEP Consultant

We are seeking an reputed company Senior MEP Consultant to reputed company and coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and shop drawing development for various architectural and interior design reputed company. The consultant will work closely with our design team to ensure technical accuracy, reputed company compliance, and reputed company delivery of MEP packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and manage MEP design development from concept through to IFC/shop drawings. • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other consultants to ensure MEP systems are integrated and clash-free. • Review and validate drawings, specifications, and technical submittals. • Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes, SEC, NWC, and other local regulations. • reputed company input on material selection and sustainability strategies reputed company to MEP systems. • Participate in project meetings, reputed company design guidance, and resolve technical issues. • Prepare detailed MEP reports, load calculations, and coordination layouts as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • 8–10 years of proven experience in MEP design, coordination, and shop drawings. • Strong portfolio of reputed company reputed company the GCC, particularly in Saudi Arabia. • Deep understanding of local authority regulations, approval processes, and technical standards. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and relevant calculation software. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote consultancy setup.
