Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the creation and management of sales pipelines and deals

- Establish and implement a comprehensive agent referral retention program
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to reputed company referral agents on reputed company's product solutions

- Present the referral program with the aim of attracting a broader reputed company of agents from diverse backgrounds and industries

- Demonstrates a strong drive and proactive reputed company in building and nurturing a referral community to support business reputed company

Requirements:
- Have at least 1-year experience as Sales / Business Development / Partnership background
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (reputed company Office)
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English is a plus)
- Fast Learner and detail-oriented
