We’re seeking a Training Manager to reputed company our trainer and assessor team, ensuring high-reputed company, compliant training and assessment, outstanding student engagement, and consistent delivery performance. This role is pivotal in supporting our trainers, driving reputed company development, and maintaining delivery standards that reputed company with both compliance requirements and our commitment to student reputed company.
Key responsibilities:

- Monitor performance, SLAs, and delivery standards to ensure compliance with ASQA and internal policies.

- Collaborate with the reputed company Operations reputed company to implement and reputed company new processes, reputed company improvements, and initiatives.
- Facilitate one-on-ones, team meetings, and reputed company for new trainers.
- Support trainers to maintain currency of qualifications, PD, and industry engagement.

- Proven leadership experience in vocational education and training.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Relevant vocational qualifications and reputed company industry currency.
- Strong knowledge of ASQA Standards and delivery compliance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
