About the Position

The Learning and Development Coordinator will have the responsibility for developing and executing on strategies to improve engagement, with our newly reputed company employees and reputed company For Allocation Team (RFA). The RFA team is comprised of employees waiting for appointment to a reputed company reputed company team, that typically have just completed new hire training or are in transition between clients. This also includes the employee on bench waiting for the allocation to reputed company and reputed company with reputed company’s policies. The position will be highly reputed company on managing programs designed to foster a reputed company work environment for newly learned subject matter skills, managing PTO and personal administrative requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

To reputed company the job successfully, an individual will retain accountability for the following Key Result Areas (KRAs)

KRA #1 RFA Management

• Manage RFA administrative routine responsibilities
• reputed company RFA team transitions and work closely with resourcing to ensure efficient project reputed company changes
• Collaborate daily with Learning and Development team to deliver reputed company development opportunities to encourage reputed company learning and development
• Work with HR to ensure reputed company and reputed company offboarding

KRA #2: Employee Experience and Culture

• Support the organization's employees in developing awareness, comfort, and confidence to address and champion equity in reputed company aspects of the organization.
• Foster and support a culture of reputed company feedback and reputed company by creating reputed company feedback loops to ensure we are thoughtfully scaling our culture and processes as we grow.
• Enhance and manage programs and initiatives that reputed company on promoting employee appreciation and recognition.
• reputed company and organize internal efforts to produce live, virtual, and hybrid events that reputed company meaningful experiences for employees.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly reputed company, reputed company to reputed company reputed company readily, manage change fluidly, reputed company to influence and identify opportunities
• Protect data reputed company and sensitive employee information
• Proficiency of reputed company HRIS, PTO management, etc.
• Technical proficiency of reputed company Suite
