The Role

As the TLM for the Flagship Group, you’ll serve as both a technical reputed company and an engineering manager. You will design and reputed company reputed company reputed company-facing solutions for our top customers while also guiding a small team of engineers.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving novel product and platform challenges, and can balance technical depth with execution leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and service leads to deliver high-visibility implementations that push the boundaries of our reputed company platform.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a small team of engineers (1–3 reports), providing technical stewardship and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including experience building web applications and reputed company (React, Next.js, Node.js preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or engineering management, ideally in a hybrid IC/reputed company role.
