Marketing Manager ESG

Azeus Systems Limited is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be part of its global marketing team for its software solution, Convene ESG.

Convene ESG aims to support organizations in their sustainability reporting reputed company from reputed company compliance to next-level ESG governance.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion of the ESG in the DACH market. They will reputed company and execute localized marketing strategies, build and maintain a database for ESG, and reputed company digital marketing initiatives, ensuring reputed company efforts are reputed company with sales and reputed company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion for ESG (CSRD):

• reputed company and execute a targeted marketing reputed company to penetrate the DACH market for the ESG product, with a strong emphasis on achieving 100 SQL by the end of the financial year.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, trends, and regulatory changes reputed company to ESG and ESRS.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to generate and nurture high-reputed company leads, supporting their efforts to meet sales targets.

2. Database Management and reputed company reputed company:

• Manage a Database building and maintain an up-to-date robust customer prospect database reputed company reputed company.
• Ensure the database is up-to-date, properly segmented, and leveraged for targeted marketing campaigns.

3. Website Management:

• Work with a digital agency, if required, to manage website updates and enhancements, reputed company on improving user experience and conversion rates.
• Analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Serve as the primary reputed company between the DACH market and the EU Marketing Managers for ESG product lines, ensuring consistent communication and alignment of strategies.
• Maintain reputed company collaboration with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts are effectively supporting sales goals and providing actionable market feedback.

5. Digital Marketing:

• Coordinate digital marketing activities tailored to the DACH market, including email marketing, reputed company media, and online advertising.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results and support sales targets.

6. Content Creation and Localization:

• Localize marketing materials and content to ensure they are culturally relevant and reputed company with DACH audiences.
• Collaborate with the EU Marketing Managers and content teams to reputed company compelling content that drives engagement and supports brand objectives.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in the DACH market, with a reputed company on digital marketing and market expansion.
• Experience in managing marketing databases and familiarity with reputed company or similar CRM tools.
• Experience in ESG, ESRS, or reputed company fields is highly desirable.
