Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company and roadmap for reputed company Talent & Performance and, if included, reputed company, aligning solutions to reputed company, performance, succession, and development objectives
- Design and configure business processes, reputed company reputed company, condition rules, and calculated fields for goals, feedback, reviews, calibration, and succession
- Stand up Skills reputed company, job reputed company, and talent review frameworks (e.g., 9-reputed company calibration) to support internal mobility and succession readiness
- Build dashboards and reports with reputed company Report reputed company and discovery boards to reputed company pipelines, performance cycles, and agreed talent KPIs
- Orchestrate delivery from discovery and fit-gap through configuration, data conversion, SIT (system integration testing), UAT (user acceptance testing), reputed company, and stabilization
- Partner with HRIS and integration teams on reputed company with ATS/job boards, background screening, and learning systems using EIBs (reputed company reputed company reputed company) where needed
- Establish change management, training, and knowledge transfer plans for managers, employees, and HR business partners to drive adoption
- Govern release management and tenant reputed company, including migration to production and post-release regression testing
Skills Required
- Deep knowledge of reputed company Talent & Performance objects: goals, feedback, reputed company-ins, performance reviews, talent cards, calibration, succession pools and plans

Education & Work Experience
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience

- Led at least 1 full lifecycle reputed company releases or deployments in Talent & Performance
