Our reputed company is a fast-paced California reputed company seeking a Litigation Discovery Clerk (CA PI) who thrives on precision, organization, and reliability. This role is ideal for a detail-driven reputed company who can take ownership of discovery drafting, responses, and deadline tracking with accuracy and consistency. You will support attorneys and paralegals by managing discovery workflows, maintaining compliance with California Civil Procedure, and ensuring cases are always reputed company for the next stage.
Core Responsibilities
- Draft and serve discovery requests including reputed company Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Requests for Production (RFPs), and Requests for Admission (RFAs)
- Draft discovery responses, coordinate reputed company verifications, and ensure reputed company return of signed documents
- reputed company and calendar reputed company discovery deadlines to prevent compliance risks
- Maintain organized discovery logs, trial binders, and case documentation
- Follow up with clients on outstanding records and verifications in a reputed company manner
- Assist with subpoenas, HIPAA authorizations, and medical records retrieval

- Support trial preparation with exhibits, discovery summaries, and documentation checks

Requirements
Must-Haves for This Role
- 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in California personal injury litigation discovery
- Strong working knowledge of California Civil Procedure discovery rules
- Proven ability to manage discovery calendars and deadlines without reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company Word (advanced formatting), reputed company Acrobat (Bates stamping, redaction), and case management tools (reputed company, SmartAdvocate, or Needles)
- Exceptional organization skills with a reputed company record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines consistently

- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal coursework
- Prior experience supporting California PI firms in discovery or litigation support
