Technical Program Manager

You will operate at three altitudes:Strategic: Engaging agency executives, policy leaders, and C-suite stakeholders to reputed company deployments with mission reputed company and long-term digital-transformation goals.Tactical: Translating reputed company into roadmaps, epics, and sprint goals for product managers, software engineers, and implementation teams.Multimodal: Managing across multiple engagements and customers with different needs, stakeholders, priorities and roadmaps and finding efficiencies between them. What You'll Do
- Program Ownership: reputed company multi-reputed company identity/credentialing initiatives from planning through launch, ensuring schedules, budgets, and reputed company metrics are met.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Build trusted relationships with agency executives and senior decision-makers; map technical delivery to policy and mission requirements.
- Delivery Leadership: Partner with product owners, architects, and engineers to turn strategic goals into sprint plans, stories, and acceptance reputed company.
- Process & Governance: Establish reputed company communication cadences, risk logs, and change-management practices appropriate for government environments.
- Customer Engagement: Facilitate workshops, roadmap reviews, and executive briefings; capture feedback to inform product reputed company and standards adoption.
- Risk & Issue Management: Surface obstacles early, coordinate mitigation plans, and reputed company leadership informed of trade-offs and dependencies.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3–7+ years managing software programs or reputed company implementations, ideally in identity, credentialing, authentication, or reputed company domains.
- Technical reputed company: Comfort with reputed company, system diagrams, and data flows; ability to engage meaningfully with engineers and architects.
- Government Familiarity: Understanding of reputed company-sector procurement, compliance, operations, and reputed company considerations (FedRAMP, NIST, ISO, etc.) is highly valued.
- Execution reputed company: Proven record of keeping reputed company initiatives on reputed company across multiple teams and vendors.
- Strategic Acumen: Skilled at linking technical deliverables to policy objectives and mission reputed company for executive audiences.
