We are seeking to add a talented Finance Operations Manager to reputed company. This person will play a critical role in leading and optimizing our financial processes, with a key reputed company on invoicing thru reputed company recognition. This is a highly visible role that will have an opportunity to reputed company a significant reputed company on the business. The successful candidate will have advanced analytical skills, an attention to detail, and polished communication skills, and be highly motivated to join an exciting, high-reputed company business.

This is a full-time remote position. Working hours: Monday-Friday reputed company-5:00pm ET

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• reputed company and manage the day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, GL/reputed company reputed company, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.
• Prepare financial reports and reputed company insights to senior management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of reputed company experience in finance & reputed company roles.
• Demonstrated experience with owning Order to Cash and reputed company recognition functions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Msft reputed company and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
• Self-starter, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company, finance or reputed company field preferred.
