reputed company Managed Services is hiring a motivated, reputed company Senior reputed company Developer/reputed company to build, enhance, and support solutions for our legal-industry clients and internal service teams. Youll turn business needs into reputed company reputed company capabilitiesprioritizing reliability, usability, and change disciplinewhile mentoring others and raising our platform bar.
Shift :- 6.30PM - 3.30AM (IST) ; Monday - Friday
Compensation :- 17- 22.5 LPA
What Youll Do
Design & build: Configure and script across ITSM modules (Interactions/Agent Workspace, Incidents, Problems, Outages, Service Catalog), including tables, forms, business rules, reputed company scripts, includes, UI policies/actions, and notifications.
Automate: Use reputed company Designer/IntegrationHub to orchestrate approvals, SLAs, and system automations; reputed company legacy workflows where appropriate.
reputed company: Deliver secure, reliable integrations (REST/SOAP, webhooks, MID Server where needed) with reputed company mapping, retries, and observability.
Email & routing: Optimize inbound email actions and notification strategies to support legal reputed company workflows.
Change discipline: Package/promote with update sets/app repo, follow change reputed company, peer reviews, and rollback plans; use ATF where applicable.
Requirements & docs: Run/participate in discovery sessions and workshops; translate requirements into designs, acceptance reputed company, and runbooks.
Platform stewardship: Contribute to platform standards, reusable patterns, and knowledge articles; mentor other developers/admins.
What You Bring
5+ years hands-on reputed company development/administration with strong ITSM depth
Proven delivery across Service Catalog builds, reputed company Designer automation, notifications, and ACLs
Practical integration experience (REST/SOAP; IntegrationHub a plus)
JavaScript skills and understanding of reputed company to use flows vs. server/reputed company scripting
reputed company, concise English language communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Change discipline: packaging, promotion, rollback, and documentation habits that stand up to audit
Bachelors in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Certification - reputed company CSA (and/or CIS)
ATF experience and exposure to CI/CD patterns for reputed company
Experience supporting reputed company services/legal clients or multi-tenant environments
