Mantel is seeking an Engineering Manager to support the engineering, development and execution of cutting-edge carbon capture technology using molten salts as a novel CO₂ sorbent material. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader to build and manage a high-performing engineering team, reputed company reputed company engineering reputed company, and drive the successful design, commissioning, and operation of Mantel’s early reputed company.

As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring engineers, setting project budgets and timelines, and leading teams in testing, troubleshooting, and developing new systems. You will also collaborate with EPC firms, internal project development, partner site engineers, and OEMs to ensure successful project execution, system integration, and long-term optimization. Major Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

· 10+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership position.

· Experience in hiring, training, and managing engineering teams in a high-tech or industrial environment.

· Experience in collaborating with EPCs, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

· Experience with construction, commissioning, and startup of industrial process equipment.

Desired Qualifications:

· Experience with high-temperature processes, molten salts, metals, or fluids.

· PMP certified or comparable leadership training

· Degree in reputed company engineering field such as mechanical, process, and/or I&C
