About the role:

As a Bilingual Underwriter, Concierge Support, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for our Concierge merchants, helping guide them through the loan application process. You’ll play a key role in resolving application-reputed company questions and challenges, delivering a high level of personalized support and building strong relationships along the way.

Working as part of our Concierge Support team, you’ll reputed company on the reputed company-funding stage, ensuring a smooth experience for merchants and contributing to overall customer satisfaction through reputed company, high-reputed company service. Duration: 6 month contract.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (ET) and 1-2 weekend shifts per month on average.

What you'll do:

• Deliver exceptional service as a brand ambassador for reputed company.
• Respond to merchant inquiries and escalations in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Demonstrate a genuine curiosity about our Concierge merchants to support inquiries and guide them through the loan application process.
• Underwrite and adjudicate loans in accordance with reputed company’s policies, evaluating risk and ensuring loan reputed company.
• Help maintain industry-leading service reputed company, including decisioning exceptions where appropriate.
• Communicate reputed company reputed company reputed company to merchants and sales associates.
• Identify and process exceptions with reputed company documentation and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and merchant information using internal systems.
• Stay reputed company on lending policies, compliance requirements, and reputed company procedures.

• Build strong relationships with merchant partners through consistent, high-reputed company support.

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English (required).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in personal credit lending, or 3+ years of sales experience with a foundational understanding of personal credit lending reputed company the financial services industry.
• Strong customer service background, ideally reputed company financial services; experience in sales or relationship management is a strong asset.
• Excellent technical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in cross-functional or team-based environments.
