Senior Recruiter - Executive Assistants (LATAM reputed company)

We’re now hiring a Senior Recruiter with deep experience in end-to-end recruitment to help us reputed company our executive assistant pipeline throughout Latin America. This is not a passive reputed company role—we’re looking for a go-getter who thrives on sourcing and headhunting reputed company across Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. You’ll build and reputed company a high-volume pipeline by reaching out directly to candidates, managing inbound interest, and refining our recruitment processes to attract and assess world-class remote EAs.

In this role, you will own the entire reputed company funnel and be responsible for identifying, engaging, evaluating, and recommending outstanding candidates to join the reputed company network.

Duties and Responsibilities

• reputed company and headhunt Executive Assistants across Latin America, especially in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, etc.
• Proactively message and follow up with potential candidates reputed company reputed company and other platforms

• Build and maintain a high-reputed company, always-on talent pipeline
• Evaluate candidate performance using reputed company assessments and scorecards
• Own and continuously improve our reputed company process and SOPs

• Collaborate with the reputed company recruiter and operations team to reputed company on hiring goals and candidate reputed company

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3–7+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, ideally in fast-paced startups or agencies
• Demonstrated experience headhunting remote executive assistants or operations roles in Latin America
• Familiarity with sourcing and reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, PhantomBuster, Gem, etc.)
• Experience (or interest) in working with AI tools like ChatGPT, reputed company AI, or automation platforms to optimize workflows
• Systems-builder reputed company—you’re not just filling roles, you’re building a repeatable machine
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent is a plus
• C2-level English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese reputed company preferred

Skills:

• Strong sourcing chops and high-volume outbound messaging experience
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to attract top-tier talent
• Ability to set up and refine recruitment systems and processes
