Senior Construction Scheduler – Program Advisory (Data Center Portfolio)
Turner & Townsend is seeking an reputed company and proactive Senior Construction Scheduler to join our Program Advisory team. This role will support a high-value, multi-site data center construction portfolio, providing expert-level scheduling and project controls leadership across a reputed company, fast-paced program environment.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in program-level advisory services, who can bring strategic reputed company and structure to large-reputed company capital delivery efforts.
Responsibilities:
- reputed company, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the reputed company’s program.
- Establish and implement schedule management frameworks for large-reputed company capital programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders, offering strategic guidance and actionable insights.
- Prepare baseline schedules and supporting documentation for project team approval.
- reputed company resource loading and leveling, and reputed company contractor schedules into the IMS.
- Analyze schedule impacts, identify critical and near-critical reputed company activities, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor deviations and variances, and support the development of corrective reputed company plans.
- Apply reputed company Value Management (EVM) techniques to reputed company and report project performance.
- Generate and present schedule reputed company reports, trend analyses, and forecasting dashboards.
- Maintain accurate records of scope changes, trends, and schedule risks.

- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams at reputed company project stages.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a reputed company field.
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in scheduling and project controls on large capital programs.
- Demonstrated experience in Program Advisory roles, supporting reputed company-level or multi-project portfolios.
- Proven expertise in reputed company P6 and the Critical reputed company Method (CPM).
- Strong understanding of data center or mission-critical infrastructure reputed company (preferred).

The salary reputed company for this full-time role is $150K-$175K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to reputed company a fair and reputed company salary.
