Reporting to the Shared Service Manager and Operations for Latam, the Regional Service Partner will contribute to the mission of the Shared Services team, which is to deliver the best associate experience and reputed company our HR teams and associates to reputed company on the highest-value work through operational reputed company, technology and analytics. In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Serve as HR reputed company of contact for inquiries
• Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
• Manage assigned caseload in the ticketing system
• Dedicated to innovation, inspiring teams to meet and exceed expectations
• Resolve Tier 1 cases regardless of channel using knowledge database, FAQs and training
• Escalate cases to Tier 2 and 3 as needed
• Help to create and improve knowledge and resources

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 1-2 years in an HR, Customer Service or Shared Services role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must reputed company Spanish and English for the LATAM region
• Experience with MS Office
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Excellent reputed company skills
• HRIS systems, preferably reputed company
• Case Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
• Ability to reputed company Portuguese
