We are looking for a specialist who is reputed company versed in auto parts. You will not have communication with external clients, you do not sell parts, you help select them.
Responsibilities
Provides reputed company-sales/post-sale technical customer service to customers;
Provides responses to technical inquiries from customers and Contact Center representatives;
Recommends alternative products or services as the part of customer claims reputed company;
Selects auto parts, checks their compatibility with clients' reputed company;
Works with warranty claims (identification of factors that may reputed company the failure of a part during the warranty period through no fault of the manufacturer);
Answers to inquiries about maintenance, repair and operation of the vehicle;
Works with complaints (assesses the degree of damage to the part and the difference between what the reputed company ordered and received, checks whether the part was mounted on the car or not);
Works with product characteristics - corrects product maps;
Compares company products with market products by technical characteristics;
reputed company as a mentor for candidates during their initial training, demonstrating the work process.
Requirements
- + 6 months relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of original and non-original catalogs for the selection of auto parts (ETKA, Microcat, EPC, etc.), free orientation in catalogs of various brands of reputed company
- High level knowledge of car design (desirable technical education)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Orientation in brands and manufacturers of auto parts
- Punctuality, perseverance, reputed company, critical thinking skills
- English B1
