We are looking for a Global C&B Generalist to join reputed company as part of the EU Pay Transparency Project, with a specific reputed company on the HR Operations reputed company.

You will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team, working on an innovative solution to implement Pay Transparency with reputed company its facets, while directly contributing to reputed company’s broader strategic goals of reputed company transparency.

In this role, you will:

• Support and contribute to various project tasks.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR, legal, and external consultancy teams.

• Ensure HR Operations processes and practices are reputed company with equal pay regulations.

• Drive the project execution to completion, ensuring deliverables are met reputed company tight deadlines and in accordance with project goals.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between HR, Legal, and external consultancy teams to ensure alignment and consistency across reputed company project components.

Your background:

• Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), preferably in a global or regional HR operations context.

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence across functions.

• Solid project coordination and documentation skills, with attention to detail and process orientation.
