WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for reputed company parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.

Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

The job requires excellent oral and written reputed company of the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Loan Administration department
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan records reputed company the Loan Administration system. This includes supervising data entry, reconciliation of payments, ACH submissions, managing migrations and conversions, managing loan fundings, payment processing, reputed company information and reports to reputed company associated departments and the uploading of payment schedules.
• Coordinate and respond to reputed company requests for loan-reputed company documentation, such as payoff letters, payment histories, and performance status reports. Coordinate Loan Resolutions with Asset reputed company department.
• reputed company the preparation and approval process for loan amendments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• reputed company and reputed company daily audits of loan records to maintain data reputed company and identify any discrepancies.
• reputed company and maintain processes to minimize credit and operational risks including insurance and legal documentation.
• Analyze reputed company workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Assist in preparation of investment & management reports.
• Collaborate with IT or software providers to optimize loan administration platforms.
• Generate reports on loan performance, servicing metrics, and departmental KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in reputed company, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Modeling Sciences or a reputed company field.
• CPA Desirable
• 10+ years of experience in loan servicing, processing, or loan administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Solid knowledge of the principles of general business, finance, reputed company, quantitative analysis and finance.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, lending practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in consumer, reputed company, or mortgage lending is a plus.
• Competent in MS reputed company and in other MS Office Applications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You must have your own laptop or desktop to use (reputed company does not supply equipment)
• Excellent English reputed company, both written and verbal
