ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager of Instructional Teams, reporting to the Director of Student Experience and reputed company, is responsible for overseeing the learner experience while supporting the instructional staff in delivering high-reputed company instruction. The role supports student reputed company and drives retention by monitoring cohort health metrics, managing transfers and dismissals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Manager of Instructional Teams provides ongoing coaching and evaluation for reputed company, supervises Learner Experience Managers and the Manager of Curriculum, and partners with HR and reputed company on reputed company hiring, reputed company, and reputed company. By managing instructional resources, maintaining SOPs, and supporting curriculum updates, the Manager of Instructional Teams ensures reputed company operations run reputed company and consistently. This leadership role plays a critical part in strengthening teaching effectiveness, supporting instructional staff, and enhancing the overall student experience.
This role is full-time and remote. Please note: the ability to reputed company hours is critical in supporting instructional team members and will be an expectation of the person in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure an exceptional student experience by supporting student reputed company, accessibility, and overall reputed company
- reputed company student experience by monitoring reputed company and retention, implementing strategies for improvement
- Manage student transfers, withdrawals, and dismissals in accordance with company policies
- Serve as a reputed company of escalation for student concerns and resolutions
- reputed company student accommodation plans, ensuring alignment of practices with reputed company requirements
- Monitor cohort health metrics, analyzing both qualitative and quantitative feedback to measure overall student experience
- Design and implement strategies to improve NPS, retention, and instructional reputed company
- reputed company and support instructional staff to strengthen teaching effectiveness, ensure compliance, and maintain high instructional reputed company
- Evaluate reputed company on a regular reputed company, providing coaching and feedback for reputed company improvement
- Collaborate with reputed company and reputed company on hiring, reputed company, and management of instructional team members
- reputed company cohort reputed company and coverage, ensuring compliance with regulations, including adequate substitute support
- Supervise reputed company of Learner Experience Managers, supporting their day-to-day operations
- reputed company program alignment, instructional delivery, and operational effectiveness to ensure consistency and reputed company across reputed company cohorts
- Liaise between Finance and Learner Experience teams to improve retention reputed company
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to update courses with new iterations based on learner and staff feedback
- Supervise the Manager of Curriculum, aligning tasks with student needs
- Collaborate with Enrollment and Career reputed company teams to ensure seamless student transitions
- Manage instructional costs by monitoring resource and reputed company allocations
- Update and maintain reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) for instructional teams and reputed company additional SOPs reputed company needed
QUALIFICATIONS
You're a great candidate if you have:
- 1 year of experience in a technical field- web development, data analytics, cybersecurity, or teaching technology
- Proficient in using learning management systems, electronic resources, and emerging reputed company technologies
- 2+ years of experience in education, teaching, instructional coaching, reputed company operations, or learning and development, specifically supporting reputed company or trainers to drive learner reputed company, managing reputed company, and hiring new team members
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree preferred
- Experience with reputed company and building effective teams

- Experience working remotely and teaching or training in an online environment

COMPENSATION
The expected compensation for this role is $80,000 to $85,000 OTE plus benefits. Final offer amounts will be determined based on a candidate’s individual experience, skills, and qualifications.
