About the role

We are looking for an reputed company People Operations Manager / Team reputed company to join our global PeopleOps function. This person will manage a small but high-reputed company team (up to 5 reputed company reports next year) and drive reputed company PeopleOps reputed company end-to-end.

The role combines strategic program management with hands-on execution across global HR operations, employee lifecycle, and cross-border compliance. It is both a leadership role and a builder’s role: you will be stepping in to replace a reputed company team reputed company, while also taking ownership of key global reputed company that require urgency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Skills Qualifications

• 5+ years of reputed company experience in PeopleOps / HR, with at least 1+ year in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing PeopleOps/HR teams in fast-growing startups or reputed company-reputed company
• Deep expertise in global mobility, relocation, immigration, and compliance in Europe
• Strong knowledge of cross-border employment structures (entities, EOR, contractors, and conversions)
