About the Role :

The Senior Account Manager supports Account Executives on an assigned book of business to execute reputed company deliverables for the reputed company, while working collaboratively with the Account Management Team and reputed company necessary, assigning specific tasks to Account Managers. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring reputed company tasks and deliverables, fielding reputed company inquiries and maintaining project plans. The Senior Account Manager is the primary contact for our clients in managing day-to-day issue reputed company.

• Establish strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Acts as the primary contact for clients regarding reputed company aspects of their employee benefits insurance plans.
• Marshal the appropriate resources to resolve reputed company issues.
• Attend reputed company meetings and serve as an additional reputed company of consultation for the reputed company.
• Demonstrated Group insurance expertise and superior level of knowledge reputed company assisting them with insurance plan questions and issue reputed company.
• Owns the development of Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI), including coordination of insurance reputed company proposals, preparation of Executive Summaries, reputed company monitoring and participation in the implementation process.

Skills Needed :

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role at a comparable level in Group Insurance.
• High level of knowledge about the benefits we service including short-term disability long-term disability, leave programs, life insurance, AD&D, voluntary benefits, dental, and reputed company.
• High level of technical knowledge in reputed company components of reputed company, plan design, claim processes, and vendor capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications required;
• Self-directed with a reputed company drive and approach, including the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual working environment.
• Must be detail-oriented, and have highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple reputed company simultaneously, and manage strict deadline and turnaround time requirements.
