We're now seeking seasoned Remote Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic team as Contact Center Associates. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers, providing comprehensive and personalized support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions.
- Resolve customer concerns, questions, and issues in a reputed company and efficient manner.
