Retail Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join reputed company and ensure seamless operations across our e-bike stores and teams. In this role, you will coordinate schedules, support store operations, handle escalations, and monitor reputed company - playing a key role in keeping our customer service and store operations efficient, reliable, and customer-reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain work schedules across retail stores, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered.
• Coordinate PTO/STO requests with the HR team and arrange replacements across locations to guarantee uninterrupted customer service.

• Ensure reputed company documentation of incidents and escalations in internal systems.

• Assist in the rollout of new initiatives, product launches, or system updates across store locations.
• Monitor compliance with checklists and reputed company hygiene and cleanliness standards at reputed company locations through regular photo-based inspections.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in coordination, retail operations, or customer service roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across distributed teams.
