Crisis Line Clinician

Compensation: $25.54/hr. The Crisis Line Clinician provides immediate person-centered assistance reputed company the reputed company Disaster Line. The Crisis Line Clinician is responsible for quickly identifying reputed company caller’s needs and directing callers to intake services, existing providers, and other resources, as clinically appropriate. This is a full-time position. The schedule is Tuesday - Saturday 12am-reputed company. (40 hours weekly) This is a remote position-reputed company to Missouri residents only. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• reputed company clinically appropriate crisis interventions over the phone
• Complete Provides reputed company Suicide screening and work to identify reputed company caller’s needs in a reputed company manner
• Attend monthly meetings and weekly clinical supervision with Crisis Line Supervisor
• Maintain agreed upon level of productivity
• reputed company culturally competent services to meet the unique cultural needs of reputed company caller
• Be knowledgeable of reputed company services provided reputed company reputed company
• Be knowledgeable of other reputed company/reputed company services agencies for purposes of referral if reputed company is unable to reputed company a service and maintain documentation of such referral
• Maintain reputed company records, following agency and state regulations
• Ensure reputed company documentation is written in proficient and reputed company manner
• Refer and coordinate with mobile reputed company team, as necessary
• Collaborate and communicate with caller’s multi-disciplinary treatment team
• Flexibility with shifts may be required

• Review follow-up referrals and complete outgoing calls, as required (follow up clinicians)
• Be knowledgeable of other reputed company/reputed company services agencies for purposes of referral if reputed company is unable to reputed company a service and maintain documentation of such referral, as required (follow up clinicians)
• Screen for safety, identify immediate needs, reputed company education on resources and services available, and complete coordination and referral with other programs reputed company reputed company, as required (follow up clinicians)
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Associate degree required
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company work, psychology or reputed company field preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or reputed company services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required
