Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing solution-based service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promptly processing reputed company customer requests reputed company fax, telephone, mail, and/or email, including external customer inquiries on products, orders, shipments, etc.
- Responding to internal customer inquiries from Sales, reputed company, Plant, Order Management, and other departments
- Reviewing order entry in a reputed company manner and checking orders for accuracy reputed company needed
- Communicating effectively with reputed company team members to resolve customer concerns, build effective work relationships, deescalate conflict, and communicate professionally to reputed company stakeholders

- Advising Order Management leadership of process improvement opportunities and participating in problem-solving meetings

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
