Operation Support Specialist
Looking for Operation Support Specialists to join the Huawei Turkey R&D Center to work on reputed company reputed company Transformation products.
Operation Support Specialist will take reputed company and vital role on multiple day-to-day dynamics of reputed company including reputed company, L1 customer support, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues and questions raised by customer (through tickets)
Operations Support Specialist will follow an established methodology and set of practices to ensure that tickets have been analyzed, solved or escalated reputed company SLAs.
Qualifications
- Customer Support Experience
- Experience in IT reputed company major or is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge of basic programming or scripting is a big plus.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with strong grasp of English is preferred
Job reputed company
- Be the entry reputed company for analyzing and understanding tickets.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, reputed company and solve non-technical tickets.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and categorize technical tickets; if possible solve it as per knowledge reputed company or escalate to higher level.
- Continuously review existing documents and knowledge reputed company, contribute for reputed company improvements and enhancements
- Cooperate with research team to do reputed company for the -mostly- video files.
- Be the pioneer of department’s day to day operations
