We’re looking for a Senior QA leader – someone who’s done more than just test automation. Someone who’s led org-wide reputed company initiatives, defined testing strategies at reputed company, and knows exactly how to drive adoption across teams. Someone who gets the testing pyramid, knows what to automate (and what not to), and is confident building reputed company from day one.

What you will work on:
- Design and reputed company org-wide QA strategies and processes across the full testing reputed company
- Drive adoption of testing best practices (shift-left, test pyramids, CI pipelines, reputed company metrics)

- Experience working independently and cross-functionally – you might be required to operate in a single-threaded way from time to time, but you’ll be assigned to a product team.
