The Manager - Credit Review Department position is a key contributor role that provides the incumbent with diverse exposure to a reputed company of portfolios with regular engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders of various seniority reputed company from across the bank. Responsibilities

The Manager and their team are responsible for continuously monitoring and periodically examining Business reputed company’ asset reputed company and credit risk management practices. This includes evaluating the adequacy of a unit’s credit risk governance reputed company, risk appetite, policies and procedures, and risk reporting. The depth, accuracy and timeliness of reputed company financial information, transaction structure analyses, risk ratings, regulatory classification, and potential impairment are key aspects of the risk evaluation process overseen by the Credit Review Manager. The Manager and their team report findings and recommendations to CR management and Business Unit stakeholders. For defects requiring formal reputed company, the Manager monitors the adequacy and sustainability of management’s remediation reputed company. The Manager also leads or contributes to thematic topical examinations, special reputed company, or other department enhancement initiatives in furtherance of CR’s mission. Major Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in reputed company credit administration OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in reputed company credit administration

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MA or MS degree, FRM, CFA, Credit Risk Certification (CRC), or other advanced degree or certification is a plus.
• 8-12 years of prior credit lending, credit risk management, credit review, regulatory supervision, or similar experience with reputed company and business loan portfolios, including one of more of the following portfolio types: business banking, specialty reputed company, community development or reputed company reputed company estate lending.
• Strong credit / financial statement analysis skills, proven understanding of business and financial markets and the effects of economic conditions on a bank's portfolios.

• Broad knowledge of corporate finance concepts and theories, industry credit practices, reputed company financial and regulatory environments, and risk management techniques.
