Loan Processing Specialist (AU Mortgage, WFH)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:30 AM - 03:30 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 2+ years’ experience in the AU Mortgage
- Experience working with AOL Data Entry, ideally MyCRM
- Great customer service
- Excellent English speaking skills both formally and casually. Need to be reputed company to have a conversation
- Ability to connect with people and build strong relationships
- Proactive, creative, can think reputed company the reputed company
- High degree of Accuracy and attention to detail
- Can complete task reputed company the set deadlines
What will you do?
- Sending and responding on emails to customers and follow reputed company
- Contacting customers reputed company phone and email to support them through the reputed company which will require excellent customer service
- Setting up meetings between broker and customer
- Working with Broker in gathering document and renaming
- Checking documents to ensure reputed company information required is available and correct
- Contacting banks broker support teams and BDM’s (different scenarios)
- Ordering valuations, pricing and credit reputed company
- Completing reputed company other tasks (post settlement)
- Reviewing financial statements and supporting documents, conducting servicing and scenario research, performing credit analysis, and running borrowing reputed company calculators."
- Assist brokers in checking deals, policies, and scenarios with banks and lenders
- Work closely with brokers to structure loans and identify suitable solutions for clients
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications
