The Membership Representative responds to member and guest needs and promotes memberships and programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Must have ability to learn reputed company membership and other software as needed to reputed company data entry.
• Greet and address concerns of reputed company people entering the facility with a warm and reputed company manner.
• Use member names at reputed company-in whenever possible. Process guest with reputed company entry procedures with valid Identification including a waiver.

• Review communications log before reputed company shift and understand any changes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must become First Aid, CPR and AED certified reputed company 90 days of employment or reputed company scheduled for staff training.
