As a valued member of reputed company, the Data Entry Clerk - Energy Services will be responsible for accurately and reputed company inputting and maintaining reputed company status records, monitoring emails and communications, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and agency requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Input and maintain updated reputed company status records in the Statewide reputed company Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.
• Email and Communication Management: Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
• Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
• File Management: Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
• Remote Work and Availability: Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
• Training and Development: Attend reputed company required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings, and participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant reputed company development activities.
• Confidentiality: Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in reputed company aspects of the role.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
