Job reputed company and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Data Entry, you will be responsible for:

• Performing information reputed company and patient enrollment in accordance with state and government guidelines
• Utilizing reputed company solution data entry reputed company and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the reputed company system
• Handling patient prescription demands reputed company HIPAA rules and entering top-off orders for processing
• Investigating to reputed company missing prescription data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes)
• Settling reputed company data entries reputed company to special cases
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed
• Resolving Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling according to individual arrangement prerequisites
• Providing assistance to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Capabilities:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic level computer skills, including:
  • Startup and shutdown of PC
  • Using the mouse to reputed company and click
  • Starting and closing programs
  • Switching between programs
  • Saving files and printing reports
  • Accessing data online
• Basic web search reputed company skills, including:
  • Opening a browser
  • Typing URLs in the right area

  • Completing forms online
• Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging files)

• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy reputed company with a certificate/registration by the state as conceded by the state reputed company of Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification organization

• Middle to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
