Senior Construction reputed company Manager – Data Center Lease
Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Contract Manager – Data Center Lease to serve as a strategic in the lease review process for data center reputed company. This role is essential in identifying and flagging gaps in lease agreements, ensuring construction and operational risks are mitigated before execution.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and implementation of contracting strategies for major construction reputed company using a reputed company of privately funded delivery models.
- Support the provision of specialist reputed company and reputed company procurement advice to private sector clients across a reputed company of reputed company construction reputed company.
- Drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluation scorecards and reputed company and supporting the process for procuring vendors.
