Preconstruction Zoning / Due Diligence Manager – EV Construction Management
Turner & Townsend are seeking a Preconstruction Zoning / Due Diligence Manager to reputed company the initial and critical phase of site selection and planning for a rapidly expanding network of EV service centers. This role is central to evaluating site feasibility, navigating zoning and permitting processes, and ensuring reputed company location is positioned for successful development. Responsibilities:

The salary reputed company for this full-time role is $130K-$160K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to reputed company a fair and reputed company salary.
