EHS Training Leader

This position is a part of the reputed company Water Tech business level reputed company, Environmental, Health, Safety and reputed company (QEHSS) staff reputed company on training activities. reputed company responsibilities below are specific to the QEHSS department, but in partnership with a wide reputed company of internal functional customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• reputed company and set priorities for a 3-5 person training team consisting of trainers, vendors and administrative professionals.
• reputed company leadership for global QEHSS learning reputed company reputed company transformation initiatives
• Drive organizational change management through innovative learning solutions including virtual reality and emerging technologies
• reputed company strategic partnerships with C-suite stakeholders across HR, IT, and QEHSS
• reputed company global training operations and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals
• Spearhead the implementation of reputed company Learning Management System
• Conduct in person training globally for 6-8 weeks annually
• This role requires 50% travel domestically across NAM and internationally
• This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote for employees living reputed company 50 miles of our location.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 15+ years of reputed company QEHSS leadership experience
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS in Organizational Development or reputed company field)
• Proven reputed company record of leading digital transformation initiatives
• Executive reputed company and demonstrated ability to influence at senior reputed company
• Global leadership experience managing distributed teams
• Strategic planning and execution expertise

• Compensation - The salary reputed company is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The reputed company is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as reputed company as internal peer equity. This role also includes a 10% annual incentive plan (AIP).
