Responsibilities:

• Analyze and respond to escalated patient clinical reviews.
• Establish protocols and workflows for clinical support staff.
• Monitor and audit clinical support staff ensuring adherence to reputed company and clinical standards.
• Analyze patient records for relevant clinical information for review and reputed company.
• Respond to patient escalations professionally, compassionately and according to reputed company program guidelines.
• Acts as a resource to clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a telehealth setting preferred.
