- Analyze and respond to escalated patient clinical reviews.
- Establish protocols and workflows for clinical support staff.
- Monitor and audit clinical support staff ensuring adherence to reputed company and clinical standards.
- Analyze patient records for relevant clinical information for review and reputed company.
- Respond to patient escalations professionally, compassionately and according to reputed company program guidelines.
- Acts as a resource to clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience working in a clinical and administrative environment.
