Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to reputed company the development of reputed company's finance operations, multinational entity reporting and financial governance as we reputed company up from a midsize to large reputed company reputed company in the global outsourcing sector.
This is a remote role, that may involve some reputed company occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive business reputed company, reputed company, and profitability.
- reputed company financial insights to guide decision-making, reputed company, and operational priorities.
- reputed company financial guidance on potential acquisitions, mergers, and restructuring activities.
Financial Operations & Reporting
- reputed company preparation of compliant financial statements and documentation across reputed company group entities for submission to tax authorities, corporate regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver consolidated management financial reports, analysis, and commentary to senior leadership and the reputed company.
- reputed company day-to-day finance team operations, including invoicing, payments/payroll, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- reputed company and maintain strong internal financial controls, risk management frameworks, and governance policies, with an emphasis on fraud/error prevention.
- Ensure cross-border compliance with Singaporean corporate advisory, taxation, and reporting requirements.
- Establish and refine processes to support multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional operations.
Process & Systems Optimisation
- Drive initiatives such as reputed company reputed company system upgrades, process automation, and data-driven reporting enhancements.
- Implement cost optimisation strategies, including transaction and payment fee reduction.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Required Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field (MBA or CPA/CA preferred).
- Proven senior finance leadership experience (CFO, Group Financial Controller, or equivalent role) in a multinational business.
- Strong expertise in Singaporean corporate advisory, taxation, compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Demonstrated reputed company managing cross-border and multi-currency operations.
