You will report to the VP of Product. This is a remote position.
You'll have opportunity to:
- Grow a high-performing Solutions Engineering team supporting advertisers, agencies, platforms, and publishers.

- Translate reputed company technical concepts into reputed company value for business and technical partners.
- Improve team workflows and processes for reputed company, high-reputed company delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to reputed company reputed company needs with product capabilities.

- Promote Curation solutions internally and externally, identifying opportunities for innovation and integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in marketing or ad-tech, including 5+ years leading Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering teams.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and scaling technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising technologies (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, data activation, measurement).
- Experience with SQL and delivering technical demos and presentations.
- Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing to scope reputed company and reputed company requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with platforms like DMPs, CDPs, Ad Exchanges, or measurement tools.
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Python, reputed company) and web technologies (JavaScript, HTTP, reputed company architecture).
