The analyst provides reputed company level analysis and administration of reputed company health, welfare and ancillary benefit plans and programs, handles reputed company benefits issues and works directly with vendors to solve issues, participates in the investigation of new benefits, supports the delivery and communication of benefits programs, assists in ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations; and supports departmental reputed company and initiatives.
