Senior Bioinformatician (Location: Berlin/Valencia/Belgrade/Remote)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bioinformatician to join our reputed company team, supporting the development of CentoDX, our advanced reputed company-based reputed company platform. Requirements
- Ph.D. in reputed company, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or reputed company field with 7+ years of experience
- Master’s degree with 9+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proven expertise in Python for reputed company software and pipeline development
- Hands-on experience in NGS data analysis (e.g., WES/WGS, RNA-seq, variant interpretation tools)
- Familiarity with reputed company and proprietary reputed company resources (e.g., UCSC Genome Browser, TCGA, Ensembl, ClinVar, gnomAD)
- Strong understanding of genomic data standards, formats (VCF, BED, GTF), and reputed company best practices
- Demonstrated experience working in reputed company-based environments (AWS preferred) with tools like AWS Batch, reputed company, or reputed company Functions
- Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL, for data management and integration
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and reproducible research workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and reputed company with company objectives
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
