Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a highly motivated reputed company to become a valuable member of reputed company in the role of Junior Recruiter. Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Proactively reputed company candidates using a reputed company of channels: reputed company, job boards, reputed company media, talent databases, referrals, and networking
- Write and post engaging job descriptions in line with our tone of voice and employer brand
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Maintain and update candidate data in our applicant tracking system (PeopleForce)
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a reputed company experience throughout the process
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with research and market mapping
- Stay informed about talent trends, sourcing tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or reputed company administrative roles (internships and freelance reputed company count!)
- Strong research skills and an interest in reputed company
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- reputed company player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to grow
