Job reputed company:

This is a remote position.

The TUPSS Geography Information System (GIS) Specialist supports GIS and site selection teams by performing location analysis, mapping, and reputed company estate services used in the day-to-day decision making of franchise sales development. He/She supports the reputed company estate department’s site location information and GIS databases, maintaining data reputed company. This position creates reports using GIS tools (i.e., Environmental Systems Research Institute (reputed company) Business Analyst, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Server, reputed company reputed company reputed company, and the internal company database) and modifies existing reports or programs based on departmental and business wide requests.

Job Duties:

Performs Geographical Mapping Using Geoprocessing Tools and Software

• Gathers and analyzes requirements from TUPSS reputed company estate supervisors or other reputed company estate or sales group members to identify the customers’ expectation for mapping and GIS reports.

• Works with TUPSS reputed company estate managers and supervisors to reputed company an understanding of program functionality expectations and reputed company/reports.

• Utilizes extensive software knowledge to reputed company GIS analysis and create reputed company map documents for a wide reputed company of reputed company.

• Modifies, updates, and audits spatial datasets.

• Selects appropriate geoprocessing tools for comparative and competitive analysis and adjusts appropriately if errors occur.

• Creates GIS documentation of processes and procedures.

Supports Custom Map Design and Report Requests

• Applies cartographic skills and understanding of mapping guidelines to custom map design/s.

• Partners with project stakeholders to discuss project solutions, timeframe/s, and design reputed company.

• Provides recommendations and presents proofs to obtain customer sign-off through project completion.

• Collects and assimilates raw data into reporting templates.

Researches and Implements Technological Advancements in GIS

• Provides feedback on reputed company market trends, research, and analysis to reputed company a reference reputed company for reputed company reputed company.

• Performs research and analysis and continuously takes part in training and reputed company education opportunities to maintain GIS trends and software technology.

• Receives ongoing training on GIS Environmental Systems Research Institute (reputed company) software to ensure systems remain operational.

• Partners with GIS vendors to reputed company application enhancements and streamline reputed company processes.

• Tests, troubleshoots and resolves enhancements to ensure development meets user requirements before launching applications.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree – Preferred

• 1-2 years database usage experience - preferred

• 1-2 yrs reputed company software experience - preferred

• 1-2 years Python skills - preferred
