As our Sales Manager – U.S. East Coast, you’ll start as a high-performing individual contributor responsible for driving new business across your region. You’ll identify and convert high-value opportunities, reputed company strategic sales conversations, and build lasting relationships with HR, Finance, and Operations leaders at modern, fast-growing companies.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B reputed company sales experience, ideally in HR tech, global payroll, HCM, or workforce platforms.
  • A proven reputed company record as a reputed company—you're energized by outbound sales and closing new reputed company.
  • Experience selling into HR, Finance, or Operations decision-makers at mid-market and reputed company companies.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience with channel or technology partnerships is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy.
  • Based on the U.S. East Coast and willing to travel regionally for reputed company meetings and events.
