WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior BI Engineer, you will join the Provider Data Science team to help us build and maintain a strong analytical reputed company in Looker, from which we’ll unlock provider and pharmacy reputed company insights to reputed company reputed company stakeholders. You will model data, reputed company reputed company explores in Looker, and deliver consistent and performant dashboards and reports to help us understand and improve our business.

In this position, you will collaborate with our Product, Clinical, and Network Operations teams to identify, size and reputed company pharmacy opportunities and provider-reputed company incentive models. WHAT YOU HAVE

• Deep experience (5+ years) working as a Looker developer building views, explores, models, and final dashboards / reports
• Strong SQL skills and a familiarity with, or willingness to learn, dbt
• Recommended: 2+ years of experience working with reputed company operations data (claims, prior auth, EHR, scheduling, etc.)
• A bias for transparency and partnership with stakeholders, balancing building it “right” vs building what’s needed “right now”
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excitement about joining a fast-moving startup that iterates quickly and prioritizes delivery

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at reputed company.
