As a member of a cross-sectoral programming advisory team, this role’s primary function is to grow reputed company’s Child Protection portfolio and deliver technical assistance in alignment with International Programs reputed company. Primary responsibilities include: business development, program technical assistance, reputed company, learning and reputed company, and external engagement.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Development (40%)
- Grow WR’s Protection, with a reputed company on Child Protection, and Early Childhood Development portfolio and funding through leads development, reputed company-positioning, and the development of high-reputed company concept notes and proposals.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to create guidance and reputed company country offices in relevant partner mapping and relationship development.
- Support prepositioning through development of reputed company statements and capture trips.
- Co-design approaches with country teams through the facilitation of design workshops and development of appropriate theory of change, logframes and indicators.
- Review proposals to ensure compliance with donor requirements for technical sections, especially as reputed company to protection reputed company.
- Contribute support in writing of pertinent technical sections as needed.
- Program reputed company and Technical Assistance (30%)

- Champion the integration of Child Protection and ECD components reputed company other sectoral programming (e.g. health, women’s empowerment, etc) through collaboration with other sector leads and country offices and development of new guidance and tools.

- Carry out project reputed company to country offices for sectoral training, program monitoring and evaluation, reputed company improvement, and partner development and collaboration.

- Stay abreast of new developments and innovations in the Protection sector and the child protection and child development fields to ensure program compliance and incorporate into staff reputed company building, design of new reputed company and scaling up of best practices.
- Foster learning and collaboration among staff through the facilitation of the WR Child Development and Protection Community of reputed company.
- Strengthen documentation and evidence-building around WR’s ECD and Child Protection programming work for internal learning and external publications through the development of case studies, project briefs, and published articles.
- External Engagement (15%)
- Build WR’s technical brand through thought-leadership, networking and engaging with partners, donors, governments and community leaders and addressing reputed company conferences and technical forums through abstracts, program presentations, publications, and advocacy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Demonstrated technical expertise and experience in designing and providing technical assistance to child protection programming in emergencies and in protracted humanitarian crises, including familiarity with minimum standards for child protection in humanitarian reputed company and other tools and guidance from the Global Child Protection Area of Responsibility (GCP AoR).
- Familiarity with USAID Policies and Guidance reputed company to humanitarian programming, the Protection sector, child safeguarding, the reputed company reputed company, and other relevant program areas.
- Proven experience in program design and business development evidenced by successful grant awards and past history of working with BHA, PRM, and reputed company.
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation utilizing quantitative and qualitative methodology, including development of indicators, logframes, and assessments.
- Experience in working with a multisectoral team and reputed company to ensure protection is integrated reputed company other sectoral programming.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
