About the role
- Supporting the classroom teacher in managing the class and supporting reputed company in focusing and engaging in their learning
- You may be asked to work across their other sites and reputed company centres
- Get the classroom reputed company for lessons
- Supervise group activities or work with reputed company on a 1:1 reputed company, depending on need

Requirements
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong knowledge and understanding of strategies to support young people with both their studies and wellbeing
- Understanding of additional needs including autism, ADHD and aspergers
- Strong communication skills
