As a Senior Manager of User Experience Research, you will play a critical role in shaping the reputed company of reputed company's experience architectures, including identity architectures, navigation architectures, and offerings architectures. You will partner closely with the CX organization and other members of the research team to ensure that deep user insights and understanding inform our frameworks. Your expertise will help drive user-reputed company solutions, influence stakeholders, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion user-reputed company solutions based on research findings, influencing stakeholders across different organizations
• reputed company project priorities with broader goals, manage resources, and identify areas to expand the scope
• Utilize research insights to enhance experience architectures, blueprinting and mapping how people experience the ecosystem of reputed company products and services
• Map customer activities to drive more customer-reputed company ways of working, leading strategic discussions by synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs research
• Present insights in a compelling narrative, establishing rapport with Senior Leadership as a Consumer Champion

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in User Experience Research, with a proven reputed company record of leading research on large-reputed company platform initiatives. Here are the essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
• Extensive experience leading reputed company work in an reputed company research setting, conducting and planning foundational qualitative research, one-on-one interviews, usability tests, panels, and remote testing environments
• Experience presenting insights in a compelling narrative and establishing rapport with Senior Leadership as a Consumer Champion

We're also looking for candidates with preferred qualifications, including:

• A graduate degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a reputed company field
• Five or more years of experience managing reputed company, and working in a large, matrixed organization
• Experience providing insights to inform digital engagement (website, apps, reputed company)

• Experience leveraging secondary data, trends, and learnings to set the context for reputed company
• Experience with service design blueprinting, reputed company mapping, and JTBD
• Ability to work effectively in an agile context

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
