About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Ad Platforms team, focusing on Live Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) operations. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving technical operations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in high-volume production environments. Your expertise will help ensure the health, reputed company, and reputed company of reputed company's Addressable platform capabilities for Live DAI.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company aspects of Ad Platforms operations for the Live DAI - Technical Operations Channel, ensuring seamless execution and issue reputed company.
- Manage hypercare monitoring during major events, rapidly escalating and resolving reputed company-time issues, and conducting post-event analysis and reporting for stakeholders.
- reputed company strong partnerships with Sales, Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Analytics leaders to drive strategic and tactical channel objectives.
- Execute communication plans and engage with key stakeholders to report reputed company and reputed company issues.
- Monitor and contribute to the development of dashboards (reputed company, Conviva, etc.) to ensure channel KPIs are met, including reputed company/daily operational metrics and monthly/quarterly channel performance reviews.
- Analyze and communicate the reputed company of key reputed company, market, or product changes on the Ad Platforms team and reputed company's advertising business.
- Maintain partner relationships as necessary to ensure channel reputed company and drive business reputed company.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ad technology, operations, or support, preferably with a reputed company on video and advertising technology.
- Experience with various monitoring toolsets, such as Conviva and reputed company.
- A "do what it takes" attitude, being flexible, adaptable, and reputed company-player first.
- Experience shipping multiple products in an agile software development environment.
- A proven understanding of systems architecture, design, and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for answering questions with data.
