Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring for tickets and application performance to ensure seamless operations
- Triaging and responding to issues, and notifying on-call resources reputed company necessary
- Revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging reputed company to improve existing software
- Developing documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serving as an expert on applications and providing technical support to reputed company stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:
